Lowest Rates in the Building! Sea Dunes is a new three-bedroom, two bath, corner unit condominium with a balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo has glass windows throughout the living and dining area with views of the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound. All three bedrooms and the living area have a TV/DVD. The master bedroom is on the gulf side with a private entrance to the 200 square foot balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. Beach Service is included from March to October. There is a 24 hour Tom Thumb next door so you can purchase those last minute items and therefore have more BEACH TIME!! We have another three bedroom unit in Sea Dunes if you are interested in booking two units. A 5 % discount will apply!

Thank you for your interest in Shore Dreams Vacation Rentals. Our management will review your request and respond within 24 hours. DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS: A $300 reservation deposit is due within 24 hours of your reservation. The total is due 45 days prior to your check in date. PAYMENT TERMS: Credit Cards, Electronic Funds or Electronic Checks are accepted. There is a $50 charge for all returned checks plus the cost of collection. Log on to your itinerary to make payments, view the rental agreement and make rental car reservations. To enter your address when making a payment, CLICK MAKE PAYMENT AND UN-CHECK THE BOX NEXT TO "Name and address on credt card is same as in guest information." For Electronic Checks, please go to http://www.shoredreams.net/electroniccheckpayment.html and follow the instructions. CANCELLATION: There is a $200.00 cancellation fee for any cancellation notification received more than 45 days prior to occupancy. There are no refunds if the reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellation must be submitted in writing or by email to reservations@shoredreams.net. RATES: Rates, terms and applicable taxes are subject to change without notice. Shore Dreams Vacation Rentals reserves the right to move Guest up to 30 days in advance to a comparable property or refund the Guest the amount paid.
